    Director

    Georgina brings a wealth of experience in property management. Having successfully managed 200 properties across Sussex and Croydon, her expertise is poised to elevate Hosted Homes to new heights. Her intimate knowledge of these areas ensures a deep understanding of market dynamics, tenant needs, and property intricacies. Georgina’s proven track record in delivering exceptional service and maximizing property value makes her a valuable asset to the company. With her at the helm, Hosted Homes is set to flourish.

  • Daniel Monteiro

    Director

    Daniel’s background in property is nothing short of a success story. Daniel has Flourished since originally starting his journey completing deep cleans and end of tenancy cleans himself. Realising his hunger to grow within property and ultimately chose a new path. Moving forward Daniel excelled as a Property Manager and as a Housing Officer dealing with up to 40 properties, tenancies and tenants simultaneously for a number of years.

    Improving his expertise whilst gaining knowledge , Daniel was in charge of finding landlords and tenants, organising and conducting viewings, handling maintenance reports and repairs, conducting end of tenancy cleans, completing inventory checklists, achieving fast results in long term and short-term tenancy agreements and managing all relevant documents to en sure an organised approach to working independently.

    These skills enable his effective and efficient methods whilst keeping a hands-on approach, making Daniel an asset to the future of Hosted Homes.
